Paiste 802 Ride Cymbal

Paiste 802 Ride Cymbal | Used and in Excellent Condition.

The Paiste 802 line is considered to be below the Alpha line. Despite that I was impressed. The 802 line is replaced by the Paiste PST 5 line

The only issue with the 802s was simply the lack of sizes and models, but for what was made, they were great cymbals!

 The 802 hi-hats sounded full and crisp, the crash was a little bright but still warm sounding and the ride was a little washy but had a nice ping and always sounded great from the audience.  The 802's were quite good for the money.

The 20 inch Paiste 802 ride was very bright sounding, well-made, not a bad cymbal at all. Paiste 802's (now discontinued) were slightly below Alphas in terms of the quality of alloy and the number of size options. So, they're basically high-level beginner cymbals. 

The 802s were branded as the top of the budget cymbal lines
