Here at Musicians Garage Sale we are totally committed to 100% Customer satisfaction. If there is something defective with the product you purchased from Musicians Garage Sale you can return it.  Just contact us first to receive an RA number and return your purchase in the original box within 15 days of your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of receipt of your item. Returns must be pre-approved and have an RA number assigned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

To initiate a return or exchange please Contact Us. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the shipping was free, the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the refund. All non defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.

We offer a 15 day return-or-exchange policy on most products. We make no warranties or guarantees, either expressly, or implicit beyond this period unless explicitly stated. This warranty does not apply to products that are used for purposes other than their intended use and/or design, nor does it apply to products that have been modified in any way. Any shipping expenses are not included with warranty claims.
